Strictly Come Dancing star Kate Silverton has filmed herself breathing in gas-and-air pain relief after suffering an agonising rib injury in training.
The newsreader “stripped” the muscle from the bone but is seen giggling in the clip as the medication takes effect.
Despite the setback, the 48-year-old insists she will still perform the Argentine tango, which she calls her “best dance”’
