Michelle Keegan has hit back at claims that bosses have axed Brassic after seven series.
Michelle, who is currently pregnant with her first child with husband Mark Wright, is filming for the comedy-drama show now. It has been confirmed that the upcoming seventh series will be its last.
The actress has portrayed Erin since it started on Sky One in 2019 and is currently filming her final scenes before heading off on maternity leave.
Time called on Brassic
Co-creator and writer Danny Brocklehurst shared the sad news and said that “all good things must come to an end”.
“When Joe Gilgun and I sat down to create Brassic, we couldn’t have imagined, in our wildest dreams, that we would do seven series and gather such a loyal and loving fan base.
