Hayden gave birth to daughter Trinity-Leigh in 2017. Although he says they are a happy family and everything “fell into place” the road to get there was difficult.

He spoke out in the hope of helping others who may be in the same position.

He continued: “I wouldn’t advise anyone to do it because it was really hard, but if you are going to do it, make sure you get the right support.

“At first it was a bit of a new thing but now the NHS do support people doing it.”

He was also pregnant at the same time as his mother and they gave birth just days apart.
