Paedophile Maya Stepney is set to be murdered after giving birth to her child in Emmerdale, according to a tabloid newspaper.
The Daily Star reports the paedophile will be murdered by suffocation or strangling by one of the many male killers in the village.
It claims the soap has had 29 male killers meaning Maya’s ex David Metcalfe and her victim Jacob Gallagher would be the likely ones to kill her off once she has had her baby.
It was confirmed earlier this month that Maya had been released from prison – and that she was pregnant with either Jacob or David’s child.

However after bosses insisted Maya would not be making a permanent return to the village, there has been speculation that she would be killed off, leaving the father and son holding the baby.
But most of all viewers were angry the storyline was being dragged on for even longer – forcing bosses to reveal she would not be returning.
