With Jacob Gallagher’s 16th birthday coming up, both girlfriend Liv Flaherty and older love interest Maya Stepney make plans for his big day – and it looks like they’ve got the same idea in mind…
Liv is concerned by Jacob’s lack of enthusiasm and confides in best friend Gabby Thomas that she thinks he may be getting bored of her.
The following day, Liv is surprised to find Jacob on her doorstep and so awkwardly gives him his birthday present.
Jacob, wracked with guilt over his relationship with teacher and dad’s girlfriend, Maya, insists to Liv that he loves it.
As Jacob and Liv walk out in the village together, Liv kisses Jacob and Maya sees. Jake’s worried that Maya’s clocked them, fearful she’ll dump him over it.
But it seems to have to opposite affect when the next day Maya suggests she and Jacob take their ‘study session’ somewhere more private – i.e. his bedroom!
