Emmerdale has ‘ruined Kim Tate’ say worried fans

Fans have begged soap bosses to let Claire King do what she does best

Kim Tate returns to Emmerdale this month and fans aren’t excited as they could be.

They have blasted the soap for ‘ruining’ her with her brief comeback last year and have even gone as far to say they don’t want her back unless she is fixed.

One said: “I’m dreading this. One of the most poorly conceived and poorly executed returns I’ve ever seen.

Another called for the soap to fix the character, saying: “Bring back the Kim Tate we all love.

“They are ruining her character if they continue down the panto villain they brought back before Christmas.”

Another said: “I just hope against hope they do this properly and do the research into the kind of person Kim was years ago after all she was iconic because of her treatment of others and the softer considered side she had.

“She was not just a villain and was pushed into most of the evil things she did. To be honest I don’t think either the powers that be or the writers are up to it.”
