Royal wedding guest Oprah Winfrey has laughed off rumours she lavished Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex’s mum with gifts in order to bag an exclusive interview.
There had been speculation that media mogul Oprah was seeking an interview with Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland.
Rumours were heightened when Doria was seen leaving Oprah’s home before the royal wedding carrying a basket of goodies, leading some to speculate Oprah had treated her to gifts to help secure a chat.
However, in a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Oprah cleared up the rumours and said there is NO interview in the works.

Oprah insisted she’d just been having a fun and relaxing day with Doria, a new friend, and the basket Doria was carrying actually contained lunch leftovers!
