Mummy Diaries star Sam Faiers has shared a stunning shot of herself looking tanned and toned on holiday in the Caribbean.
Relaxing on the sand in a red and white striped bikini, mum-of-two Sam looked sensational as she posed alongside her one-year-old daughter Rosie.
“Mermaids,” she captioned the shot.
Friends, family and fans soon started commenting on the picture, with Sam’s mum Suzie posting: “My beautiful girls.”
Another said Sam was “so much the yummy mummy”, while another added: “I just look a sweaty mess abroad, you just always look amazing.”

But while many have swooned over Sam’s figure, the star herself recently opened up about her body insecurities.
She told OK!: “I’ve always been conscious about the top of my arms, I always think they’re a bit meaty.”
She added: “No one else would say it. Paul and everyone says: ‘You’re mad!’ But it’s a feeling you have yourself, isn’t it? Sometimes people can’t say anything, it’s just what you think yourself.”
Sam has kept her followers up to date with her holiday antics, posting pictures of herself, boyfriend Paul Knightley and their kids Rosie and Paul, three, enjoying their trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos.
In a series of cute pictures, Sam showed her partner and kids posing alongside a flowerbed that spelt out I love you, adding the words: “No caption necessary.”
