A mother was left upset when her friend banned her six-week-old baby from her birthday lunch.
The anonymous woman took to Mumsnet to vent about the situation, revealing her friend told her she would “love” to see her and “meet the baby” but didn’t think it was a good idea to bring the tot along as it was “an upmarket place”.
The new mum wrote: “It’s my friends birthday next week and she wants to go out for a Sunday roast. The place she has chosen has a children menu.
