Cheryl has recently been forced to hit back at rumours her relationship with Liam Payne is on the rocks but the 1D star seems to be taking it all in good humour.
Hijacking one of Sam Smith’s Instagram posts to poke fun at his girlfriend, he joked he would swap her for one of the delicious burgers the Writing’s On The Wall singer was pictured tucking into in California.
Obviously familiar with the fast food joint Sam was pictured at from her trips to the States, Cheryl commented: “The best burger there is!”
Sam agreed, replying to her to say, “in the world”.
Liam then decided to join the conversation, writing: “I think I would probably give you away for one of those right now… Did I just type that out loud.”
He then realised he’d made the mistake of not sending the comment directly to the mother of his child, poking fun at himself by writing with her tagged in this time: “”
