Hollyoaks actress Jennifer Metcalfe gave birth to a baby boy last week with her partner, former Geordie Shore star Greg Lake.
Although we’ve yet to see any pictures of the little one – or find out his name – it looks like the new parents are settling into life with a baby in the house.
Greg has shared a photo to his Instagram page of sterilising bottles. He captioned the image: “I used to have a life.”

While fans rushed to comment that his new life was much better now he has a little one in it, even Jen’s former Hollyoaks colleagues got in on the act.
Matt Littler, who played Max Cunningham on the soap commented: “Maaaaaaate, this is the bit when they NEED you…without you being an absolute superhero they will expire! Enjoy being a superhero!”
And Alfie Browne-Sykes, who was Jason Roscoe on the show until last year, added a series of crying with laughter emojis and the comment: “You’re only a week in….. good luck pal.”
The joys of parenthood, eh?!
Jen gave birth in soaring temperatures that reached 30 degrees in some places – big respect to her.
