Jeff Brazier is celebrating one year since he proposed to his wife Kate Dwyer.
The reality star tied the knot with Kate in a romantic ceremony in Portugal earlier this month with Jeff saying he “couldn’t be happier” to have married Kate.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Jeff shared a throwback snap of Kate shortly after he had popped the question last year.
