William and Kate await Prince Charles to name royal baby

New theory suggests there's a simple reason for delay in confirming the name

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed their third child four days ago… but there’s no name just yet!

And according to experts, there could be a very good reason for that.

It’s been suggested William, 35, and Kate, 36, are waiting until the baby’s grandfather, Prince Charles, can meet the newborn.

It’s been reported Charles, 69, was in Scotland on a private break when the baby was born on Monday, before he travelled to France for Anzac Day commemorations yesterday.

Royal expert Victoria Arbiter tweeted: “So, no baby name today. Can only assume they’re waiting for Charles to get back from France to meet his new grandson first. Can’t complain about that.”
