Helen Flanagan has opened up about experiencing “mummy guilt” when she stopped breastfeeding her second child.
The Coronation Street actress, 28, told her Instagram followers she worried about getting “really anxious” when she decided to stop breastfeeding 13-month-old Delilah this week.

Sharing a photo of herself enjoying a cuddle with the tot, she wrote: “This week’s been hard but not as hard as I expected. I made the decision to stop feeding my baby after 13 months this week and it was the right decision for me, but not always easy.
