Over the last few years, Amy has been keeping fans up-to-date on her fitness journey, showing them each milestone she has hit. And now, she has reflected on the process as she achieves an incredible eight-stone loss.

Taking to her Instagram late on Monday night (February 2), Amy showcased her amazing transformation, leaving fans stunned.
The ex-Gogglebox star posted a before and after video, of her in her garden, in the exact same spot. The only difference was that she had lost eight stone.
She captioned the post: “Looking back so I never forget how far I have come. Eight stone and two pounds gone forever,†alongside a muscle and heart emoji.
