Geri Horner celebrated her 46th birthday on Monday surrounded by her husband Christian and her kids.
To mark the occasion, Geri’s daughter Bluebell, 12, wrote her mum a heartfelt poem, which was titled “heart of gold, for mum, by Bluebell”.
Former Spice Girl Geri took to Instagram to share a photo of Bluebell’s gift, telling her fans it “touched my heart”.
