George Shelley couldn’t say sister’s name for “five months” after her death

His sister passed away last year

George Shelley has revealed he couldn’t say his sister Harriet’s name for “five months” after her tragic death.

The former Union J singer was devastated in April 2017 when his younger sibling Harriet was run over by a car in Bristol at the age of just 21.

Speaking in a new BBC Three documentary, Learning to Grieve, George admitted losing her so suddenly plunged him into severe depression.
