The Only Way Is Essex star Amber Dowding has been showered with support on social media after she revealed devastating news about her family.
There had been concerns sparked after fellow TOWIE co-star Georgia Kousoulou had posted an Instagram message to her 903,000 followers that her thoughts were with Amber during these tough times.
Georgia wrote: “Can we appreciate the hotness of my beautiful bestest @amberdowdingx I don’t know what I would have done without you the last couple of years ..??
“Now it’s my turn to be there with you by your side through whatever life throws at you.. Until we are old & wrinkly , Iv got you girl love you princess ??”.
As fans rallied to support Amber on social media, she took to Twitter to confirm that it had been a tough few weeks for her family.
Amber wrote: “It’s been a tough week & no doubt it’s going to get tougher over the next few months but I have the most amazing people round me …”
She continued: “.. And I can’t thank everyone enough. My family are my world as hard things will ever be, we have each other”.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Amber said that her mum has been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer.
