This week, fans were quick to notice a frisson of chemistry between mechanic Keanu Taylor and wannabe cabbie Kat.
And they are convinced the pair might recouple together…
Never mind the age gap, they cried!
Deciding to make her dreams of becoming a taxi driver a reality,Katbought a motorbike to ride round the London streets and learn ‘The Knowledge’.

But, when she discovered something was wrong with her new bike, shesought assistance from Keanu over at the garage.
When Kat realised shed been fooled by the former owner of the vehicle, she tried to sell it to Keanu for parts.
After fixing it up, the pair then drove off to Newham to return the bike to where it had come from.
And fans saw romance in the air between the pair!
One said: “Dont tell me Kat and Keanu are going to get together?”
Another commented: “Love the relationship of kat and keanu on eastenders cant wait see how it develop’s love seeing a different side to kat.”
A third preferred Kat to Hayley, writing: “Ok… maybe now Im rooting for Kat and Keanu?! Anyone but Hayley!”
However, one didn’t like the idea, blasting: “If Kat ends up sleeping with Keanu I give up on EastEnders.”
And I thought that Keanu and Hayley were going to get it together, but maybe the more likely pairing is Keanu with Kat 🧐 #EastEnders

In fact, Keanu has been tipped to get it on with Hayley Slater in upcoming episodes.
But, there’s a rather large (and getting larger) problem in that she is pregnant with Kat’s husband’s baby.
Hayley and Alfie Moon enjoyed a one-night stand in Spain – which Kat, as yet, knows nothing about.
But she’ll find out soon enough, and a little romance with Keanu could be all the distraction she needs.
And doubles as revenge, too!
