Brits are set to enjoy some warm sunshine this week before a rainy bank holiday rolls in.
There will be spells of sunshine in most places this week but forecasters have warned that summer storms will hit Britain later in the week and rain will sweep in at the weekend.
Despite the rain, it’s been predicted that temperatures will creep over 20C in some places later this week.

Good morning UK! Low cloud/fog on North Sea coasts mostly clearing. Sunny spells for much of England, Wales & Northern Ireland, with some showers. Heavy, potentially thundery, showers for central/southern Scotland & more persistent rain across NE Scotland. https://t.co/cQSfu1VDbo pic.twitter.com/m3piNicn8Y
