Thanking her mother for a pair of festive slipper socks, Billie captioned the photo: “Merry Christmas loves. Thanks for the slip socks mumma xxx.”
The baby, due early in the new year, will be Billie’s first with boyfriend Johnny Lloyd, frontman for rock band Tribes.
She has two sons, Winston, nine, and six-year-old Eugene, with ex-husband Laurence Fox.
