Presenter Jasmine Harman has revealed she’s lost more than 20 pounds over the last five months.
The A Place in the Sun: Home or Away? star shared two snaps of herself sporting a patterned swimsuit as she revealed one was taken last summer and the other is a recent shot of her on holiday.
Jasmine, 43, told fans she feels “great” after embarking on a new healthy lifestyle, even though a lot of people told her she’s “lost too much weight” and “lost my curves”.
