22 Kids and Counting star Sue Radford has left fans shocked by showing off her dramatic weight loss.
Over the last few months, the 50-year-old mum has shared how she has been able to lose a significant amount of weight, keeping fans up-to-date on her fitness journey.
While she has credited mainly diet habits, many fans wondered if she was actually using weight-loss jabs.
Sue Radford looks unrecognisable after weight loss
In an Instagram post recently, Sue Radford shocked her fans by showcasing her weight loss. She posed in a tight black gym suit, and looked amazing.
According to The Mirror, Sue credited her weight loss to mainly diet changes. The outlet reported that Sue said she “put on so much weight just eating rubbish food.” But after she realised how “awful” she felt, she was able to change it by swapping to healthier choices.
Sue has also admitted she is now in the “eight stone bracket”. And by losing weight, she has had to size down when shopping for clothes, which has reportedly made her feel physically and mentally better.

Then in another Instagram post, Sue shared a bit of her workout routine with her fans.
She wrote: “Did 30 minutes on the treadmill. Burned off 207 calories. Did 15 minutes on the StairMaster today. I am aiming for 20 minutes tomorrow.”
